|tap| lit mag, Co-Founding Editor
|tap| lit mag aims to publish poetry and prose by marginalized voices on the topics of trauma, mental health, queer issues, and social justice. We seek work that is vulnerable, work that is evocative, and work with risk and emotion. We are a paying literary market.

The MFA Years, Contributing Blogger
The MFA Years follows the experiences of first year and second year MFA candidates in poetry, fiction and creative nonfiction. Our contributors will discuss their experiences adjusting to graduate school and the MFA.

University of Miami's Creative Writing MFA Program is a fully funded two-year program with a third-year option in fiction or poetry leading to the Master of Fine Arts degree. The program provides an opportunity for students of superior ability in creative writing to develop their skills and critical judgment through the practice of writing and the study of literature. The primary aim of the program is to nurture the individual's writing talent; the secondary aim is to prepare students for careers in writing and teaching. Degree candidates are expected to produce a book-length work of literary value and publishable quality. Michener Fellows teach Creative Writing to undergraduates.
